Roasted Chicken Wings
20 to 30 chicken wings1 cup firmly packed brown sugar1 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard1 teaspoon crushed red pepper1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder3/4 cup butter, for bastingCut chicken wings at joints. Discard tips. Combine all ingredients except butter. Marinate chicken for 8 to 24 hours in the refrigerator.Roast wings uncovered at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours, basting with butter. Serve
